Senior Implementation Consultant - Marketing & Medical Software (Remote)

In this role you partner with top global pharma organizations to deliver Veeva’s Commercial Cloud solutions, leading and shaping project delivery from PM, architecture, to business analysis. You will translate business needs into scalable, digital-first processes and act as a trusted advisor across enterprise accounts. You’ll work in a high-trust, autonomous team focused on meaningful industry impact and driving data-driven customer relationships. • Own delivery for implementation projects across PM, functional analysis, solution architecture, and stream lead roles
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to optimize and harmonize processes into scalable solutions
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders at enterprise and SMB levels
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and implementation partners
• Contribute to internal initiatives to improve service quality and delivery frameworks

• 6+ years in technology implementation projects in roles such as Project Manager, Functional Analyst, or Solution Architect
• Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Platform, or Salesforce.com Platform
• Experience with Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health, or Medical Device organizations
• Strong consulting background with architecting, best practices, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments
• Willingness to travel ~20%
• Fluent in English; based in Europe with right to work
• Candidate must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work
• Nice to have experience with regulated content management systems and DAM tools
• PRINCE2/PMP, Veeva certification, or related qualifications (optional)
