Senior Index Analyst (m/f/d) QIS Index Structuring

In this role you will develop and implement quantitative index concepts for a global client base, leveraging derivatives, FX, equities and fixed income. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to back-test strategies and launch new indices. You will optimize processes and maintain direct client contact, contributing to Solactive’s fast-growing fintech mission. • Plan, develop and implement new quantitative index concepts with clients
• Back-test new systematic investment strategies
• Optimize existing processes
• Coordinate internal processes with operations, sales and marketing for index launches
• Communicate with international client base

• Academic degree in Economics, Computer Science, Financial Mathematics or similar
• Several years of experience in index calculation, structured products or asset management
• Affinity for capital markets and financial instruments
• Proven programming skills in Python, Matlab, VBA and/or R
• Good command of MS Office
• Knowledge of Reuters, Factset and/or Bloomberg is an advantage
• Self-driven, organized and innovative
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
