Senior Innovation Consultant – New Business Innovation

Independently manage and lead innovation, technology and strategy projects for clients across various industries
Conduct market, technology and competitor analyses and produce studies, management reports and actionable recommendations
Design, develop and commercialize innovation, technology and benchmarking studies
Design, prepare and facilitate workshops, training sessions and seminars on innovation and technology management topics
Support business development and acquisition of new projects and clients, including independently developing and pursuing business opportunities
Lead small project teams and assume subject‑matter responsibility within larger project engagements
Monitor and evaluate emerging market, technology and AI trends and derive business potential
Actively contribute to the further development of the New Business Innovation area through new products, services and solution approaches
Support marketing and communications activities, e.g. LinkedIn posts, webinars, technical articles and events
Participate in community initiatives and organize and run networking formats, events and expert exchanges

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in innovation, technology or strategy management
Degree in innovation and technology management, industrial engineering, business administration or a related field
Curiosity and a spirit of exploration
Analytically structured working style and conceptual thinking
Strong teamwork and communication skills
High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
Fluent in German and business‑fluent (negotiation‑level) in English
