At BACHMANN , we develop technical solutions for critical infrastructure, including intelligent Power Distribution Units and solutions around safety, energy management and transparency in IT racks and data center environments.

We now want to strengthen how we develop our international distribution business. And we are looking for someone who doesn’t just manage partners, but helps shape how we grow.

Your focus: Germany, France, the UK, the Netherlands and the Nordics.

This is a build-and-shape role, not a maintenance role.

You will help determine which markets and partners we invest in, where existing setups need to change and how we create a scalable distribution approach.

If you have spent years building distribution for someone else and now want more influence over the decisions behind it, this could be your role.
