Senior Investor Relations Manager

In this role you will shape trivago's narrative for capital markets and manage end-to-end investor engagement. You will partner with the CEO and CFO to attract new investors, deepen relations with existing holders, and translate growth into a compelling equity story. You will analyze how the market values trivago and support strategic finance analyses to guide management. • Build awareness of trivago's equity story among institutional and retail investors through outreach, content, and market visibility initiatives
• Generate and qualify a pipeline of prospective investors by researching funds and portfolios aligned with trivago's growth stage
• Proactively engage prospects via direct outreach, calls, and meetings with clear messaging
• Manage and deepen relationships with the existing investor base, including updates, roadshows, and conferences
• Own end-to-end management of the investor pipeline from first awareness to long-term advocacy
• Own trivago's valuation and peer benchmarking framework: monitor market pricing against peers and derive management insights
• Support the CFO on strategic finance projects, including valuation work and business cases
• Lead quarterly earnings call preparation and respond to investor and sell-side analyst requests, briefing the CEO/CFO on sentiment and feedback

• 7+ years in investor relations, equity research, sell-side or buy-side coverage, investment banking, corporate finance, or another public markets role
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills: fluent in three-statement models, DCF, and trading/multiples
• Outgoing, proactive communication style and relationship-building ability
• Strong command of financial storytelling to translate performance into a compelling narrative
