• Senior IT Process Manager for Statutory Health Insurance (GKV) Billing
• You will play a central role in managing the billing processes for statutory health insurance (GKV). Your work has a direct impact on the accurate and timely payment of fees to contracted physicians and forms the basis for all subsequent processing steps in the relevant departments. Combining your interest in healthcare and statutory health insurance with IT expertise and an understanding of processes, you will ensure the stable, efficient, and quality-assured operation of the billing systems.

• Configuration and operation of the billing systems, as well as ensuring stable and timely processing
• Preparation, maintenance, and further development of the billing database in collaboration with the responsible administrators
• Planning, management, and prioritization of billing processes in coordination with the specialist departments
• Development and execution of tests for quality assurance of programs and calculations
• Management of correction and retroactive payment issues, including cross-quarter coordination
• Technical management and coordination of work orders within the process control team
• Preparation of key performance indicators, evaluations, and analyses for the management and optimization of billing processes

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Financial Mathematics, or a comparable field; alternatively, relevant IT training with several years of professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of database management and proficiency in SQL
• Experience in managing IT-supported processes or production systems
• Analytical and structured approach to work, as well as problem-solving skills
• Experience in creating and interpreting key performance indicators, evaluations, and statistical analyses
• Strong communication skills, a strong team spirit, and the ability to coordinate effectively
• Knowledge of billing for panel physicians is desirable, or a willingness to quickly acquire this knowledge

• Compensation in accordance with the TV-L Berlin collective agreement, including an annual bonus and 30 days of vacation
• 38.5 hours/week (full-time) and flexible working hours/part-time options
• Up to 11 days of remote work per month (after the probationary period)
