ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer to develop and launch high-impact page architectures addressing AI-driven SEO disruptions for a large-scale job search platform. You will design and build backend services using Java and Spring, work across MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake to support data-driven traffic recovery initiatives, and architect conversion funnels that align organic traffic acquisition with core revenue goals. The role requires 4+ years of Java production experience with strong Spring framework depth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the strategic response to AI-driven SEO disruptions by developing and launching high-impact page architectures to improve organic search rankings;
• Drive organic traffic recovery initiatives using data-driven SEO strategies to reclaim market share impacted by AI-generated search summaries;
• Architect and optimize high-revenue conversion funnels, aligning new traffic acquisition with business growth and monetization goals.

MUST HAVES

• 4+ years of experience with Java as the primary programming language;
• Strong experience with the Spring framework;
• Experience designing and developing APIs;
• Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL;
• Basic knowledge of HTML and React;
• Familiarity with MVC patterns and dependency injection;
• Experience with Snowflake;
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience with MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas;
• Experience with AWS.
