As a Senior Lead Engineer, you’ll help drive both technical direction and delivery, with your main responsibilities being:
We’re more interested in strong engineering fundamentals, leadership and problem‑solving capability than a perfect match to every technology in our stack, but you will have:
Building and operating modern full‑stack applications using technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
Our products support some of the world’s largest retailers in making critical commercial decisions. You’ll see the direct impact of the software you build.
We value strong technical thinking, continuous improvement and collaborative problem‑solving. Great ideas can come from anywhere.
You’ll be trusted to make decisions, shape solutions and influence the future direction of our products and platform.
You’ll work within a fast‑growing product organisation backed by the scale, reputation and expertise of Oliver Wyman.
Our engineers are distributed across multiple countries, with strong hubs in the UK and Spain, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment built on learning and shared success.
If you’re excited by the challenge of building cloud‑native products at scale, influencing technical strategy, and working with a team that genuinely cares about engineering excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
