Senior Learning Content Designer

The Senior Learning Content Designer is responsible for translating Xiaomi’s brand, products, technology, customer experience and commercial strategy into engaging, accurate and scalable learning content for retail teams and partner networks across Europe.

This role combines strong automotive and product understanding with learning-content strategy and visual storytelling. You will independently work with complex source information, identify what frontline teams need to know, structure the learning story and turn it into high-quality training content across classroom, digital and blended-learning formats.

• Develop and continuously improve learning content across product and technology, brand, sales, customer experience and retail operations.
• Translate complex product and technology information into clear customer benefits, sales narratives and relevant frontline knowledge.
• Independently structure learning modules from business requirements, product documentation and subject-matter input, determining the appropriate storyline, content hierarchy and level of detail.
• Develop vehicle launch training, product highlights, competitor comparisons, sales tools, facilitator guides, job aids, quick-reference materials and digital learning assets.
• Build modular learning content supporting onboarding, certification, product launches, refreshers and continuous development.
• Define learning objectives, module structures, knowledge checks, exercises and supporting assessment content where required.
• Work closely with Product, Retail Capability, Sales Operations and subject-matter experts to ensure content is factually accurate, commercially relevant and appropriate for frontline audiences.
• Translate approved competitor intelligence and market information into useful comparison and positioning materials for sales teams.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of visual storytelling, information design and communication across all learning assets.
• Support LMS, classroom, virtual, digital and blended-learning formats, ensuring content can be effectively scaled across European markets.
• Continuously update materials based on product changes, market developments, frontline feedback and evolving business priorities.
• Support the governance, version control and localisation of European learning content.
• Strong experience developing automotive product, sales, commercial or customer-facing learning content, ideally within an OEM, importer, dealer network or automotive consultancy.
• Strong understanding of cars, automotive technologies and the European automotive market.
• Ability to interpret complex product or business information and independently determine what matters to a frontline retail audience and how it should be communicated.
• Strong understanding of learning principles and the ability to structure content around clear learning outcomes rather than simply presenting information.
• Excellent product storytelling, copywriting and information-structuring skills.
• Strong visual storytelling and presentation-design capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and strong familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
• Experience with video production, editing, motion graphics, digital learning or emerging content-creation technologies is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with product specifications, technology and competitor information.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and confidence working directly with subject-matter experts.
• Excellent professional English is mandatory. German is highly desirable, as are additional European languages.
• Genuine passion for automotive products and technology.
