Senior Legal Counsel (DACH Region) at Centric Software

Centric Software, a global leader in AI-enabled product-concept-to-commercialization platforms, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to own all legal matters for the DACH region. This role involves managing technology transactions, labour law, and corporate governance with significant autonomy, reporting to the Legal Director, EMEA (London-based).

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience as a seasoned technology transactional lawyer (in-house and/or private practice).
• Technical Expertise: Strong substantive knowledge of IT/technology law; extensive experience with complex multinational SaaS and cloud contracts.
• Languages: Fluency in German and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
• Certifications: CIPP/E or CIPM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Independently own DACH region legal matters while collaborating with the wider EMEA legal team.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate master agreements for software, services, and cloud, managing a multi-million-euro transaction pipeline.
• Advise regional management and executives on commercial disputes and resolution.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Marketing, Finance, R&D) on labour law, corporate governance, and marketing activities.
• Lead or contribute to global legal initiatives, including automation and analytics projects.
