(Senior) Legal Counsel (gn) full-time/ part-time (hybrid)

Responsibilities

• You act as a trusted legal advisor for our group companies and business units, with a focus on Sales, Energy, Toll and Purchasing.
• You support our Sales Units in the distribution of our products (including software) and in negotiating large-scale customer contracts.
• You review and negotiate procurement contracts.
• You develop legal frameworks and solutions for new business opportunities.
• You provide legal guidance on special projects with group-wide impact.
• You manage your workload independently and handle legal matters with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed both German state examinations in law, ideally with above-average results (preferably “Prädikat”).
• You bring 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally gained in Commercial, Sales or Procurement.
• You are technology-driven and have a strong interest in digital products; both in advising our business units and in collaborating closely with the Legal team.
• You enjoy working cross-functionally and are passionate about commercial topics as well as broader business contexts.
• You stand out through your analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills and a structured, process‑oriented way of working.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus).
• You are well organized, work independently and bring a high level of initiative and commitment.
• You combine a proactive, empathetic and confident personality with strong negotiation and assertiveness skills.
