Senior Licence Manager

Role Overview

As Senior Licence Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of complex software licence portfolios with a focus on SAP, Microsoft, and Oracle. You will ensure the cost-optimised, legally compliant, and future-oriented use of our software products and actively support global IT purchasing.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include strategic licence and contract management, development and implementation of global licensing strategies, analysis and evaluation of existing software contracts, preparation and support of complex contract and price negotiations, and close management of a managed service provider for licences.

Requirements

• Degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or comparable qualification
• At least 5–7 years of professional experience in licence management or IT procurement at a global company
• Very good knowledge of licensing models for SAP, Microsoft, and Oracle
• Experience in supporting complex audits and contract negotiations
• Practical experience in using SAM tools (especially ServiceNow)
