Senior Lifecycle Manager, Reactivations

HelloFresh is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Manager, Reactivations (Berlin, Germany). This is a Digital Marketing (CRM / lifecycle) role listed on the official HelloFresh careers site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Journey Ownership: Re-establish relationships with cancelled customers using personalized, data-driven end-to-end journeys.
• Communication Strategy: Develop communication strategies per segment, including channel, message timing, and creative direction.
• Market Performance: Own a set of markets and be accountable for Business Plan targets across conversion, spend, and CVA.
• A/B Testing: Design and run tests to refine messaging, timing, and offers.
• Collaboration: Work with Creative, Product Marketing, Marketing Analytics, CRM Operations and local teams.
• Innovation: Explore automation, machine learning and AI applications to improve efficiency and personalization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a marketing role focused on CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer journey design or audience segmentation, ideally in subscription businesses.
• Deep understanding of CRM performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ROI) and experimentation.
• Track record of A/B testing, segmentation, and continuous optimization.
• Proven success working with creative, analytics, operations, and brand teams.
