Luxury in Dubai means villas and penthouses on the Palm, in Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills and Jumeirah Bay. You represent the seller or the buyer, price with evidence, and hold a negotiation where the fee on one deal is a year's income elsewhere.

The honest part

The average agent here earned US$112,000 last year, tax free; US$2.9 million is our best year, not the usual one. There is no salary, so arrive with around six months of savings while you build your pipeline.

Who This Suits

• Ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
• Presence and discretion with high-net-worth clients
• A record in luxury property or another premium sale — and the patience prime deals take
