We're looking for experienced Human Capital and Management Consultants with expertise in Reward Strategy, Organisation Design, Organisation Strategy and Job Architecture to join our growing team in Germany.

This is an opportunity to work on high-impact, board-level projects that help organisations align their people, structure and rewards with their business strategy.

What You'll Do

You'll partner with senior executives and HR leaders to solve complex organisational and workforce challenges, including:

• Designing Total Rewards and Pay Transparency strategies that drive attraction, retention and performance.
• Developing job architecture, career frameworks and skills-based workforce models .
• Advising on organisation design and organisation strategy , ensuring structures support future business objectives.
• Supporting clients through operating model transformation and workforce change .
• Aligning reward, talent and workforce strategies to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
• Helping organisations navigate evolving regulations, changing employee expectations and emerging ways of working.
• Leading complex consulting engagements across Germany and Europe.

Why This Role Is Different

This is not a traditional reward consulting role.

Reward sits at the heart of what we do, but you'll also help clients answer broader strategic questions:

• How should our organisation evolve to support future growth?
• How can job architecture and career frameworks enable workforce transformation?
• How do we create reward programmes that are fair, transparent and commercially effective?
• How can organisational structures, operating models and talent strategies drive performance?

You'll work across the intersection of Reward, Organisation Design, Organisation Strategy and Job Architecture , helping clients create integrated solutions rather than tackling these challenges in isolation.

Who We’re Looking For

We're particularly interested in consultants currently working within:

• Human Capital Consulting
• Management Consulting
• Reward Consulting
• Compensation & Benefits Advisory
• Organisation Design and Workforce Transformation practices

You’ll bring:

• Significant consulting experience within Reward Strategy, Total Rewards, Organisation Design, Organisation Strategy and/or Job Architecture .
• Strong expertise in at least one of these areas, with the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
• A proven track record leading complex client engagements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in German and English .

Please note that this role is focused on strategic consulting expertise in Reward, Organisation Design, Organisation Strategy and Job Architecture. We are not seeking generalist HR backgrounds.
