Senior Management & Technology Consultant - Aviation/Logistics

In this role you drive data‑driven transformation for customers, turning strategic objectives into measurable value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You partner with Sales, Services, and ecosystem partners to land, expand, adopt, and renew value across industries, including aviation and logistics. You will lead value workshops, build business cases and demos, and present value outcomes to C‑level stakeholders. This is a high‑impact advisory role at a fast‑growing tech leader, shaping how organizations realize tangible outcomes with Celonis.

• Identify and frame value by translating strategic priorities into high‑impact Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases leveraging benchmarks to win customers
• Conduct Value Assessments or Proof‑of‑Value projects and communicate the roadmap to executives
• Facilitate value workshops and qualify opportunities for process improvement
• Derive improvement measures and initiate enterprise‑scale change actions
• Present realized value to senior management and C‑level executives
• Own the end‑to‑end customer value journey (landing, expanding, adopting, renewing)
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
• Provide feedback to product teams to enhance the platform and apps

• Experience in analytical roles focused on demonstrating or securing value via data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment
• Customer‑facing background in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with SaaS/Software providers or equivalent
• Knowledge of Business Software / SaaS apps (e.g., SAP) and experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboards, apps, action flows
• Knowledge of Python and/or SQL and collaboration with IT teams
• Experience in identifying use cases for process improvement and driving value realization
• Project management experience across multiple accounts and value journeys
• Executive stakeholder management and strong communication/presentation skills
• Business domain knowledge in Finance and/or Supply Chain; industry expertise in Aviation/Logistics is preferred
• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, or related field
• Native or near‑native German language skills for client engagement and workshops
