Senior Manager, Account Executive

Overview

In this role you will drive the Commerzbank partnership as part of Visa's Commercial and Private Banks team. You will shape and execute strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and manage the client relationship to deliver sustainable growth. You’ll bring Visa capabilities to address client priorities and unlock new opportunities at scale. This position offers a chance to influence outcomes for a major issuer partner and contribute to Visa’s broader mission of enabling payments worldwide.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Build and maintain trusted relationships with key Commerzbank stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor
Identify and develop opportunities to expand the partnership and drive growth using Visa products and capabilities
Lead account governance, coordinate resolution of opportunities, risks, and issues, and ensure a consistent client experience
Develop and execute the account plan, drive cross-functional alignment, and prepare executive materials
Own portfolio performance reporting, support forecasting and budgeting, and manage client incentive performance and negotiations

Zentrale Anforderungen

Strong issuer-side banking and/or card payments experience
Ability to build senior stakeholder relationships and manage complex partnerships
Experience identifying, developing, and executing growth opportunities and strategic initiatives
Strong commercial and financial acumen including business cases, incentives, pricing, and revenue management
Strong analytical capabilities with KPI tracking and business planning
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence in a matrixed organization
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in German and English
