Senior Manager AI Transformation (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

Develop and drive the AI roadmap, translating business priorities into a portfolio of AI initiatives and ensuring alignment with the Freudenberg Group AI strategy. Identify, prioritize and manage a portfolio of AI use cases from business case development through implementation and value realization. Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities, redesign processes, and unlock measurable business value across functions and regions. Define and track key performance indicators to measure the impact, adoption, and value creation of AI initiatives. Drive AI adoption across the organization through stakeholder engagement, change management and capability building.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field. Several years of experience in business transformation, digital transformation, strategy, consulting, or a similar environment. Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business impact. Strong understanding of AI and its application in business environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and change management skills. Fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial.
