Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Conduct risk assessments for specific AI use cases and support operational units in managing AI-related risks
• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks
• Plan and deliver communication initiatives and employee training programs focused on the safe and responsible use of AI
• Analyze emerging AI-related challenges and actively contribute to the development of innovative solutions
• Collaborate across disciplines with technical experts, business stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring effective stakeholder management
• Lead and contribute to projects while continuously improving AI governance and AI risk management processes

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• A degree in Computer Science, Law, or a technical discipline, combined with a solid technical understanding of AI application risk assessment
• Initial professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field; project experience is considered an advantage
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Data Science fundamentals; familiarity with international standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST) as well as relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirements
• Sound technical understanding of AI governance and AI risk management, including associated controls, measures, and processes
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with technical departments and senior executives; proven ability to plan and deliver communication activities and user training programs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, a high degree of intrinsic motivation, and the ability to work independently; enthusiasm for shaping new and innovative solution spaces
• Fluent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are an advantage
