(Senior) Manager - Capital Markets

Join EY’s Capital Markets practice to deliver high-quality audit and advisory services for clients pursuing transformational actions, such as US IPOs and SOX-compliant controls improvements. • Provide technical accounting and US financial reporting guidance across capital markets clients
• Support audit teams in performing audits under PCAOB and local standards
• Deliver training and coaching on audit standards, methodologies, and digital transformation
• Build and manage relationships with clients, counsel, and EY stakeholders
• Contribute to regulatory inspection support and continuous improvement of audit quality

• CPA (US CPA or equivalent) qualification
• Experience auditing U.S. publicly traded companies with knowledge of U.S. GAAP or IFRS
• Experience managing audit engagements
• Deep knowledge of PCAOB audits and SEC reporting
• Hands-on experience in a major audit firm and with capital-raising client work
