We are currently seeking a Senior Manager* to strengthen our CMC Biologics department. You will work in an interdisciplinary environment with colleagues from Germany, ideally based in Munich within a hybrid work set-up. Alternatively, the position can be located in Tübingen or performed remotely within Germany. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering novel PRAME immunotherapies to patients with cancer.
18-month fixed-term position that can be performed either full-time or part-time (min. 32 hours/ week).
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:
You hold an advanced degree in a natural or life sciences discipline and have 7+ years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a background in CMC Development, Technical Operations, Process Development, Analytics, Manufacturing Sciences, or related functions. You bring solid knowledge of biologics development, preferably antibodies, and ideally have experience supporting late-stage development programs, including Phase III, PPQ, and regulatory submission activities. A strong understanding of cGMP requirements, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory expectations, combined with excellent technical writing skills, is essential.
You are a highly proactive professional with a structured and solution-oriented mindset. You excel at managing complex activities, balancing multiple priorities, and collaborating across functions and organizations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to effectively engage with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders while driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment. Your profile is complemented by excellent English skills (at least C1 level) and preferably proficiency in German.
