What You Can Expect

• You will work on fully leveraging the commercial potential of selected biosimilars in Europe and in future growth regions.
• You will steer brand and marketing activities with the aim of gaining and securing market share as well as creating clear differentiation from competitors.
• You will analyze the performance of your products and derive priorities and measures to achieve or exceed financial and non‑financial objectives.
• You will conduct market and competitive analyses and identify relevant segment drivers, growth opportunities, positioning options, as well as targeted customer segmentation and engagement approaches.
• You will work closely with regional and local Commercial Leads and General Managers to identify and assess market changes, customer behavior, growth barriers and opportunities, competition, pricing and reimbursement developments, as well as political and market‑access‑relevant initiatives at an early stage.
• You will act as the central point of contact for your brands in key committees, e.g. in S&OP reviews, Commercial MBRs, exchanges with affiliates, and strategy workshops.
• You will analyze existing brand and campaign materials as well as the end‑to‑end campaign development process and derive improvements.
• You will drive further development in the area of Marketing Excellence and actively shape the transition to STADA’s Biosimilars Design System 2.0 – including agency RfPs and consolidation where appropriate, in order to unlock efficiencies and align marketing more towards the portfolio rather than purely towards individual brands.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• You have at least 7–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of commercial and market‑access‑related topics.
• You have experience in product launches and a solid understanding of the commercial and market environment of the pharmaceutical industry.
• You have a proven track record of successful launches.
• You bring strong analytical skills and research capabilities.
• You are financially literate.
• You communicate excellently – both in writing and verbally.
• You have very strong collaboration skills and can motivate and influence others even without direct line authority.
• You are fluent in business English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills (e.g. German) are an advantage.
