Responsibilities

• Own and manage group‑wide Working Capital and Cash Flow planning (indirect method under IFRS) in close collaboration with local entities as well as Group Treasury and Accounting.
• Analyze, monitor and optimize Working Capital performance, identifying improvement opportunities and providing actionable recommendations to management.
• Develop, maintain and enhance reporting structures and key performance indicators (e.g. DSO, DPO, DIO and Cash Conversion Cycle) to improve capital efficiency.
• Perform variance analyses as part of monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and prepare management‑oriented presentations of findings and recommendations.
• Prepare forecasts, scenario analyses and decision‑support materials for senior management.
• Continuously improve controlling tools, processes and systems to increase transparency, efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate closely with domestic and international stakeholders to drive sustainable improvements in Working Capital performance and cash generation.

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Economics or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in Working Capital Management, Cash Flow Management, Corporate Finance or Controlling.
• Strong expertise in Cash Flow analysis and Working Capital management.
• Experience within the retail, trading or a similarly operational business environment is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of IFRS accounting principles, particularly Cash Flow Statement preparation and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured and results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP and reporting systems.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
