We are seeking an experienced Manager in Data & AI Advisory to lead strategic engagements and help clients unlock the full potential of data and artificial intelligence. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor at the executive level, shaping data‑driven transformation strategies and connecting advanced analytics and AI capabilities to measurable business outcomes. Beyond client delivery, you will design innovative frameworks and offerings that strengthen our advisory practice and set industry benchmarks.

What you’ll do:

Client Value: Identify client challenges and shape pragmatic data & AI solutions that deliver clear business impact.
Strategic Advisory: Guide senior stakeholders in defining data strategy, data management, and AI roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Solution Architecture: Bridge advisory and technology by understanding data/AI architectures and partnering with technical experts to design future‑ready solutions.
Governance & Compliance: Advise on data governance, AI governance, and responsible AI to ensure trust and compliance.
Offering Development: Build and enhance advisory methodologies, services, and accelerators for data & AI engagements.
Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry insights and best practices on data‑driven transformation.
Mentorship: Develop junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

Experience

Proven track record in data and AI, ideally including advisory or consulting, delivering data strategy and AI‑driven transformation with measurable business outcomes.
Strong background in data management, analytics, and AI technologies.

Skills

Strong ability to connect data and AI topics with business strategy and create measurable value for clients.
Solid grasp of data architectures, AI frameworks, and implementation approaches to translate technical concepts into actionable solutions.
Proven ability to articulate business value and advise C‑level stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
A proactive, innovation‑driven mindset with the motivation to lead initiatives and inspire others.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse senior stakeholders.
Fluency in German (C1) and strong English skills, both written and verbal.
