Senior Manager, Demand Generation (Fully Remote)

• Own the strategy and execution for ShareGate's acquisition engine across paid media, AI-powered search, and integrated campaigns.
• Lead a team of marketers focused on Paid Acquisition and SEO.

Your impact:

• Drive qualified pipeline, opportunities, and ARR by optimizing funnel performance and conversion.
• Forecast pipeline, measure marketing performance, and allocate budget to scale high-impact programs.

What you'll bring:

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with ownership of pipeline and revenue targets.
• Proven success in building acquisition strategies across paid media, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong analytical skills, budget management, and people leadership experience.
