Senior Manager Digital Innovation Communication (f/m/d)

In this role you will shape the narrative around digital transformation and AI to position Heidelberg Materials as a digital pioneer. You will create clear, engaging content for employees, media, investors, and influencers, coordinating cross-functional campaigns and global projects. You will collaborate with product teams and innovation leads to ensure consistent messaging and impact. • Develop and implement communication strategies for digital and AI initiatives
• Translate complex digital topics into accessible narratives for diverse audiences
• Lead global projects and campaigns for digital communication with country organizations
• Collaborate with partner ecosystems, digital business units, and product teams for messaging consistency
• Create high-impact content across formats (presentations, articles, videos, infographics)
• Support executive communication, including speeches, thought leadership, and social media
• Monitor trends and stakeholder perceptions to refine digital communication strategy

• Degree in communications, digital media, journalism, or related field
• Several years of professional experience in strategic communication (ideally 7+ years) with focus on digital transformation or tech industries
• Strong understanding of digital business models, AI, platforms, and product communication
• Proven ability to craft narratives and translate technical concepts for audiences
• Excellent writing and verbal communication in German and English (native-level English a plus)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
