Senior Manager, End to End Planning

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process, including governance, cadence, and executive alignment
• Integrate demand, supply, capacity, and financial plans to deliver a balanced and executable operating plan
• Oversee demand planning, improving forecast accuracy and reducing bias using data‑driven insights
• Direct supply and production planning across manufacturing sites, ensuring capacity constraints and material availability are aligned with demand
• Optimize inventory across raw materials, work‑in‑process (WIP), and finished goods to balance service, cost, and working capital
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure material availability and supplier alignment with production requirements
• Partner with manufacturing leadership to ensure feasible production schedules and high plan adherence
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and plan attainment
• Drive digital transformation initiatives including advanced planning systems (APS) and analytics tools
• Lead and develop high‑performing planning teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field required
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Extensive experience in SIOP/IBP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management
• Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders
