Senior Manager Executive Search (f/m/d)

As Executive Search Lead, you partner with the CEO, CFO, CHRO and senior leaders to identify and secure top leadership talent globally. You manage end-to-end executive search processes, including market mapping and candidate outreach, while building leadership pipelines for succession and safeguarding a premium candidate experience. You will align with STADA’s EVP and standards, driving global process excellence and partner management. This role offers high visibility and the chance to shape STADA’s leadership throughout the organization.

• Lead global end-to-end Executive Search processes (market mapping, longlist/shortlist, outreach)
• Build and maintain global leadership pipelines for succession planning
• Drive process excellence and uphold global standards in Executive Search
• Assess and manage external Executive Search partners to ensure alignment with STADA’s expectations
• Provide a premium, confidential candidate experience and represent STADA’s leadership culture and EVP

• 10–15 years in Executive Search (in-house or with a top-tier firm)
• Track record in hiring Executive roles with a global network in Pharma, Consumer Health, FMCG or PE-backed environments
• Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders up to C-suite
• Deep expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping and global talent intelligence
• Discretion, speed and strong ownership mindset
• Excellent English; German is an advantage
