Senior Manager of Growth Marketing

As the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for driving growth across digital marketing channels. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will shape our digital acquisition strategy and keep existing customers engaged, driving conversion actions through ongoing communication and outreach. You will manage end‑to‑day execution of campaigns, leverage data‑driven insights, and collaborate cross‑functionally with product, sales, and analytics to optimize performance. This role requires a strategic, data‑driven marketer who translates complex performance metrics into actionable insights.

Your responsibilities

  • Campaign execution: manage day‑to‑day execution of growth marketing campaigns across paid search (SEM), programmatic, online video, and other relevant channels, ensuring proper configuration and optimization for performance and ROI.
  • Channel optimization: continuously test, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Strategy development: work with the Head of Growth Marketing to develop, implement, and iterate on strategies that scale acquisition efforts while maximizing efficiency.
  • Data‑driven insights: use analytics tools to derive insights from campaign performance and provide regular reporting on results, ensuring data accuracy and recommending actions.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: partner with product, sales, and creative teams to align on messaging, targeting, and overall marketing strategy.
  • High‑velocity experimentation: run experiments on new creative, targeting strategies, and bid optimization to continuously enhance campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Budget management: assist with budget allocation across channels, ensuring that each dollar spent delivers maximum impact while staying within ROI constraints.

About you

  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing digital marketing campaigns, particularly paid search (SEM), programmatic, and online video. Experience in consumer finance is required.
  • Expertise in tools such as Google Ads, The Trade Desk, and other platform‑specific tools; ability to configure campaigns and use analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing, engaging current customers to drive repeat usage, upselling, or cross‑selling additional products or services.
  • Highly analytical and data‑driven, with a proven track record of using data to drive marketing decisions and optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven success in hitting aggressive growth targets, managing large budgets, and driving meaningful business outcomes.
  • Detail‑oriented and well‑organized with a hard‑working can‑do attitude.
  • Structured thinker and strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.

Compensation at Point will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Expected annual base salary for this role varies by region:

  • Tier 1 – San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and Seattle – $158,650 – $175,350
  • Tier 2 – Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Portland, Sacramento, Philadelphia, Los Angeles & Santa Barbara – $142,785 – $157,815
  • Tier 3 – All other U.S. metro areas – $132,050 – $145,950

Location requirement: This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in one of Point’s states of operation: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MI, MN, MO, NH, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
