Senior Manager, Growth – Social Media

Lead the pitch process end to end, delivering compelling proposals tailored to each client's needs
Generate new business through proactive outbound activity, working with Business Development on shared target lists
Drive business growth by meeting targets and expanding the client portfolio
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, offering market insights and business recommendations
Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
Monitor KPIs and pipeline performance in HubSpot to evaluate results and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

4+ years of experience
Agency-side experience in social media, influencer marketing and/or digital PR
Strong understanding of the DACH market or relevant European markets
Strategic instincts and commercial sharpness to develop compelling pitches and translate them into strategies that deliver results
Effective communication skills with confidence and clarity, captivating audiences and building trust quickly
Self-starter who goes out to find opportunities and builds cases for them.
