(Senior) Manager International Tax (m/f/x)

Introduction to the Position

We are seeking an experienced Manager International Tax (m/f/x) to join a dynamic finance team in Mannheim. This role offers the opportunity to lead international tax initiatives, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions while supporting strategic business objectives.

As a key member of the team, you will advise on cross-border transactions, develop tax planning strategies, and manage transfer pricing matters. The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical tax professional, comfortable navigating complex international tax environments and collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage international tax planning and advisory projects
• Lead transfer pricing initiatives and documentation
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations
• Advise on cross-border transactions and tax optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with finance teams and external advisors on tax matters
• Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Mentor and guide junior team members within the tax function

Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience in international tax, transfer pricing, and cross-border transactions
• Strong knowledge of German and international tax laws and regulations
• Experience managing tax compliance, planning, and documentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple international projects
• Fluent in English; German language skills are highly desirable
