For our expansion into European markets, we are looking for a Manager of Internationalization to structurally prepare our international growth strategy and implement it yourself after approval.

Your Responsibilities

Strategy & Research

• Analysis of European target markets, including regulatory landscape, competition, and industry potential
• Creation of business cases, prioritization, and recommendations for management
• Identification of opportunities & entry barriers (eIDAS 2.0, EUDI Wallet, KYC/AML, signature laws, etc.)

Concept Development & Decision Preparation

• Development of go-to-market strategies
• Preparation of decision documents for the CGO & CSO
• Budget & resource estimation

Implementation in Prioritized Markets

• Planning and management of market entry
• Organization of business development trips, delegations & expert interviews
• Support with initial pilot projects and key accounts

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Close collaboration with Sales, Product, HR & Legal
• Establishment of a structured reporting and monitoring system

Your Profile

• Completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar
• 3–6 years of professional experience in areas such as: internationalization, business development, corporate strategy, consulting, digital identity, or digital product development with a focus on localization
• Strong analytical skills & experience in creating market and competitor analysesHigh organizational and project management competence
• Experience with EU regulations (ideal: eIDAS, PSD2, AML, eGov)
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and ownership mentality
• Fluent German and English skills; additional EU languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel within Europe
