Senior Manager IT Cost Controlling (m/f/d)

As a Business Partner, you hold a crucial role in transforming controlling processes and ensuring their effectiveness. This role will directly support the Head of Support Function Controlling to ensure that our financial commitments are met. You are responsible for monitoring and managing finances, ensuring compliance with current budgets, and providing financial insights to cost positions. Your responsibilities:

• Constantly develop the status quo to the next level of a high-performance organization (e.g., processes and tools automatization and simplification)

• Working closely with Business Partners to allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization of resources

• Support decision making processes

• Conduct ongoing variance analysis on cost performance, identifying trends and proposing measures for improvement

• Compile information into clear, impactful reports and dynamic management presentations, facilitating effective communication of key insights

• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement

• Support the execution of the digitization roadmap with focus on front-end tools / dashboards

• Develop and support steering / cost tracking concepts for IT Projects.

Your profile:

• A successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification

• At least 6 years of experience in FP&A / Project Controlling within an internationally operating company, preferably in IT costs

• Experience in the medical technology and healthcare industry

• Structured work approach with very strong analytical skills

• Ability to articulate and convey complex concepts in an understandable and engaging manner

• Attention to detail and reliability

• High initiative and a proactive mindset

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Excellent cross-functional thinking and a collaborative approach

• Problem-solving orientation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

• Excellent mastery of SAP modules SEM-BCS, CO, and BW

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
