Senior Manager Labour Relations (f/m/x)

• Lead and manage the relationship with the Central Works Council, including negotiations and collaboration within relevant employee representative bodies
• Advise senior leadership, Sales Management, and Human Resources on collective labor law matters and employee relations topics
• Proactively shape and further develop the partnership with the Central Works Council and its committees
• Design, develop, and negotiate company-wide policies and frameworks, including topics such as compensation, working time, and productivity
• Negotiate company-wide works agreements and represent the employer in conciliation committees and formal dispute resolution processes
• Lead cross-functional projects related to labor relations, policy development, and regulatory matters

• University degree with a focus on Labor Law, Business Law, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Labour Relations, Employment Law, or Human Resources with a focus on labor law topics is desirable
• Strong knowledge of German labor relations law and experience working with employee representative bodies
• Confident negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven way of working
• Fluent German and good English language skills
