Senior Manager Logistics & Supply Chain (f/m/d)

In this role you will build and lead a modern logistics function to scale Black Semiconductor’s production and distribution. You will own daily operations while shaping processes, structures, and the supply chain for future growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a reliable flow of materials and compliant operations as we scale our FabONE facility. • Build and lead the logistics team and warehouse operations with both functional and disciplinary leadership
• Maintain reliable day-to-day logistics across domestic and international transport, shipping, and distribution
• Develop and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes across warehousing, inventory, and production support
• Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, cost, quality, and delivery reliability, including SAP S/4HANA rollout and establishing best practices
• Collaborate with production, engineering, procurement and other functions to ensure material flow
• Own dangerous goods handling and regulatory compliance (ADR, IATA, IMDG) and ensure integrally compliant processes
• Embed regulatory compliance as a core part of the logistics and supply chain from the start

• 6+ years in logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, or related operations
• At least 4 years of disciplinary leadership for teams (5+ employees)
• Experience in a startup/scale-up or complex regulated environment, preferably semiconductor or pharma
• Deep expertise in supply chain, material flow, inventory, production support, and import/export regulations
• Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems; SAP/S/4HANA experience is a plus
• Dangerous goods expertise and familiarity with German regulatory requirements; cleanroom logistics experience is a plus
• Pragmatic leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
