Senior Manager M&A – Renewable Energy

Our client is a growing renewable energy business that develops, acquires, and manages sustainable energy infrastructure projects. As the company continues to expand, it is looking to appoint a Senior Manager M&A (m/f/d) to help drive its investment and acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
• Lead M&A transactions from initial assessment through due diligence to completion.
• Manage investment projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop financial models and support investment and financing decisions.
• Lead commercial negotiations with investors, lenders, and project partners.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the investment function.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in M&A, investments, or corporate finance, ideally within private equity, investment management, banking, or transaction advisory.
• Strong track record of executing complex transactions.
• Commercial mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder management.
• Experience or an established network within the energy or infrastructure sector is advantageous.
