Robinhood Crypto is scaling thoughtfully and responsibly across the globe, and we are seeking a senior risk leader to lead the end-to-end crypto risk program. As the Senior Manager / Head of Crypto Risk, you will set the strategy, operating model, and execution roadmap for enterprise risk management across the crypto business as it expands internationally. You will define the risk appetite, implement robust governance, and provide risk management expertise to ensure our products and operations align with regulatory expectations and enterprise standards. You will lead and mature core programs including Risk Appetite & Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Enterprise and Product Risk Assessments, Risk & Control Self‑Assessments (RCSAs), Issue Management, and Enterprise Resilience (Business Impact Analyses, Business Continuity Planning, and Disaster Recovery). You will chair crypto risk governance forums, ensure consistent reporting across the U.S. and EU (and additional jurisdictions as necessary), and partner closely with Compliance, Security, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Internal Audit. This is a unique opportunity to shape a high‑impact, high‑visibility function and to operate at the intersection of technology, markets, and regulation. This role is based in our New York City, NY, or Menlo Park, CA office(s), with in‑person attendance expected at least 4 days per week.
