Senior Manager, Performance Media Analytics CEE (m/f/d)

In this role you lead media performance analytics for Central and Eastern Europe & Eastern Europe markets, shaping data-driven decisions that maximise media ROI. You’ll partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, and agencies to deliver timely insights and develop executive-friendly reporting. You will support attribution and incrementality testing to improve marketing effectiveness. • Lead media performance analytics across CE & EE markets
• Deliver actionable insights to optimise media spend, campaign performance, and ROI
• Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, and Agency teams to drive data-led decision making
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and performance reviews for senior stakeholders
• Support attribution, incrementality testing, and other marketing effectiveness initiatives
• Identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations to improve business outcomes

• Strong experience in media analytics, marketing analytics, or performance marketing
• Deep understanding of digital media channels and performance metrics
• Ability translating complex data into clear business recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Commercial mindset with a passion for driving growth through data and insights
• Experience working across multiple markets and with agency partners is advantageous
