Senior Manager, Quality Systems and Assurance

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements
• Ensures that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards (Preventive)
• Work to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes
• Standardization of processes, tools and performance management system
• Typically a 1st line manager of professionals or a 2nd line manager of a professional department
• Serves as best practice/quality resource
• Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
• May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
• Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function

Requirements

• Significant experience in the Quality & Business Process Management
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
• ISO experience is required
• International Travel for this required for this role (approx. 50%)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
• Established project management skills
• IATF 16949 experience preferred
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information
