Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of retail projects, including new store openings, remodels, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including construction, design, merchandising, and operations, to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Drive cost‑effective project execution while maintaining company quality, aesthetic, and operational standards.
• Manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers, including contract negotiations and performance management.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment throughout all project phases.
• Provide regular project updates, reporting, and recommendations to senior management.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve rollout processes, efficiency, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in retail project management, with a focus on store openings and remodels.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in vendor and contractor management.
