Senior Manager Sales Controller (f/m/x)

• Own and drive Sales Controlling and reporting activities across the DACH region
• Monitor, analyze, and steer key sales KPIs to support informed business decisions
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and management reports for senior leadership
• Lead sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Conduct variance analyses and derive actionable business recommendations
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve controlling and reporting processes
• Support the planning and financial evaluation of existing stores and store optimization initiatives

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Sales Controlling, Commercial Controlling, or a comparable controlling function
• Proven experience managing complex planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles independently
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, Tagetik, MSI, Excel, or comparable reporting and controlling tools
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
