(Senior) Manager SAP SuccessFactors (all genders)

SAP consulting is firmly anchored in MHP’s DNA - we create space for modern digitalization solutions and continuously develop our SAP portfolio. As a (Senior) Manager SAP SuccessFactors (all genders), you play a key role in advancing our projects and are responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

The following tasks await you:

• Leading design sessions with the client, translating business requirements into technical solutions and giving guidance to the client on the solution best practices
• Taking the lead in the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system technical setup, guiding client testing sessions and supporting the development of more junior colleagues
• Providing post-go-live support, user training, and system/process documentation
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor in HR transformation and system implementation
• Helping shape the practice while developing our clients' service portfolio

Anforderungen

To be well-prepared for your path as a (Senior) Manager SAP SuccessFactors (all genders), you bring the following qualifications:

• A completed degree and at least 5 years of professional experience in consulting. You are familiar with best‑practice solutions and methodologies and can confidently lead design sessions with a high level of quality.
• Passion for consulting, stakeholder management, and building trusted client relationships.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or SAP SuccessFactors Certification is a plus (ideally EC / REC / ONB).
• A working style is characterized by confident presence as a trusted advisor and representative for clients and internal teams.

Important Information Before Departure

• Start: By agreement - always at the beginning of a month
• Working hours: Full-time (40h); 30 vacation days

• Language: Fluent in English & German at least B2
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
