Senior Manager, Social Commerce DACH

Role Overview

The Senior Manager Social Commerce DACH will be responsible for growing and scaling SharkNinja’s TikTok Shop and new social commerce platforms for the DACH market. This role requires a mix of e-commerce expertise, social commerce insight, and hands-on execution. You will drive revenue growth through strategic campaign management, creator partnerships, and optimization of Social Commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage P&L for TikTok Shop Germany and other social platforms, delivering against sales and profitability targets.
• Content & creator partnerships: Build and scale relationships with TikTok creators, agencies, and affiliates to drive product awareness and sales.
• Campaign execution: Develop, launch, and optimize TikTok campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Promotions & pricing: Strategically plan couponing, discounting, bundles, and seasonal activations to accelerate growth.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Category Marketing, D2C e-Commerce, operations, and global TikTok teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Data & reporting: Monitor KPIs (GMV, ROAS, CAC, retention) and deliver regular performance updates to leadership.
• Market insights: Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to keep SharkNinja ahead.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce; TikTok Shop/affiliate marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s creator economy and affiliate ecosystem.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
