Senior Manager, Specialist Seller - SMB Payments Sales & Solutions

In this role you drive SMB growth for the Central Europe cluster within Visa Commercial Solutions. You’ll collaborate with cluster and VCS teams to localize and execute the SMB strategy, shape propositions, and grow SMB card portfolios across existing clients. You will represent Visa at industry events and partner with marketing and consulting to build the SMB brand. The role combines strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on sales execution to deliver measurable revenue impact.

• Localize and execute the cluster SMB strategy and go-to-market with key stakeholders
• Lead SMB sales activities with existing clients and support Account Executives, identifying growth opportunities
• Design new client propositions and enhancements, including a holistic One Visa SMB solution
• Cross-sell/up-sell SMB solutions and value-added services for SMBs
• Drive SMB portfolio growth by analyzing client performance, activation, optimization, and migration
• Develop SMB components of key client account plans and strategic planning sessions
• Support Business Development in new SMB opportunities with propositions and expert guidance
• Identify SMB whitespace and maintain up-to-date SMB pipeline
• Contribute to the European SMB solution roadmap via market intelligence and feedback
• Ensure readiness and localization of solutions and sales collateral for launches
• Engage with the SMB ecosystem to identify potential clients, enablers, and partnerships
• Partner with marketing/consulting to educate internally and externally about SMB campaigns
• Own deliverables for assigned initiatives, revenue, and performance indicators
• Hybrid role with a mix of office and remote work, with in-office days determined by management

• Experience in SMB payments or SMB banking sales, innovation, or propositions/product roles
• Excellent knowledge of SMB payments and global payment systems
• Experience in client-facing roles
• Understanding of issues and challenges for small businesses
• Storytelling ability to guide stakeholders through a journey
• Excellent relationship skills to work with peers, clients, and senior stakeholders
