Senior Manager, Supply Chain Digitalization, Benchmarking and Pilots

• Lead benchmarking with three TWG member organizations, assessing their data systems against agreed minimum viable data standards
• Consolidate benchmarking results into a decision-ready evidence base for the data standards pilot
• Support the design and launch of governance, data standards, and interoperability pilots
• Document each pilot, capturing lessons learned for adaptive management
• Author pilot completion reports in a format agreed with DG ECHO
• Support identification of pilot opportunities under Result 3
• Translate Result 4 mapping findings into design inputs for Results 1–3 pilots
• Participate in TWG meetings and relevant subgroup sessions
• Provide regular progress updates to TWG co-leads
• Prepare materials for co-leads meetings and, where relevant, the HLGSC Coordination Board
• Work closely with data.org and report to the Deputy Director for Business Development and Program Delivery within IRC's Global Supply Chain team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Project Management, Data Science, International Development or related field
• 3-6 years' experience in humanitarian supply chain, program monitoring and evaluation, or data systems work required
• Direct responsibilities in pilot design or testing of new operational mechanisms
• Strong project management skills
• Comfort working with data standards, benchmarking frameworks, or data governance concepts
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to translate research and technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for a non-technical audience
• Ability to work across multiple organizations and stakeholder groups
• Fluency in English required
• Prior experience with data standards frameworks such as GS1 or UNSPSC desirable
• Experience with multi-stakeholder coalitions, working groups, or coordination bodies desirable
