(Senior) Manager Tax – Transfer Pricing and Tax Planning (m/f/x)

Introduction to the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) Manager Tax – Transfer Pricing and Tax Planning (m/f/x) to join a leading finance team in Mannheim. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tax professional to take ownership of complex transfer pricing and tax planning matters, supporting the organization’s strategic and operational objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with both local and international stakeholders, providing expert guidance on transfer pricing policies, tax compliance, and optimization strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to navigate complex tax environments while contributing to the company’s overall financial success.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transfer pricing and tax planning projects
• Advise on international tax and cross-border transactions
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations
• Develop and implement tax strategies that support business objectives
• Collaborate with internal finance teams and external advisors on tax matters
• Review, analyze, and prepare transfer pricing documentation
• Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Mentor and guide junior team members

Desired Qualifications

• Proven experience in transfer pricing and international tax planning
• Strong knowledge of German and international tax laws and regulations
• Experience managing tax compliance, planning, and documentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and lead projects across multiple jurisdictions
• Fluent in English; German language skills are highly desirable
