As a strategic advisor within the Solutions & Technology organization, you will bridge the gap between technology development and commercial success, ensuring that innovation translates into measurable business value.

You will evaluate new technologies, products, and system solutions and shape pathways to commercialization, helping leaders understand how to capture value through investment, partnerships, new business models, and market opportunities. Your ability to translate complex technical insights into clear business recommendations will help accelerate growth and create long-term value.

You will collaborate with M&A, Strategy, and Business Unit leaders and drive technology commercialization initiatives that translate innovations into scalable business opportunities, revenue growth, and customer value. Working across engineering, business units, startups, universities, and industry partners, you will play a key role in shaping technology roadmaps and building the external ecosystem that supports our future success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluate emerging technologies, products, and system solutions to identify future growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Translate technical assessments into clear business recommendations that support strategic and investment decisions.
• Drive technology and innovation initiatives that connect new ideas with measurable commercial outcomes.
• Build partnerships with startups, universities, research institutes, and industry partners to accelerate innovation and market opportunities.
• Influence senior stakeholders through insights, recommendations, and alignment around technology priorities and strategic opportunities.
• Contribute investment recommendations through structured technical and strategic assessments.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, and commercialization strategies for emerging technologies and innovation opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economic, Engineering, or similar.
• 7+ years of experience in innovation, product development and strategy.
• Strong ability to understand complex technologies and assess their technical and commercial potential.
• Experience translating technology and innovation into commercial outcomes, including business model development, value proposition design, or market introduction strategies.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage both technical experts and senior leaders.
• Curiosity, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global matrix organization.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus as well as willingness to travel approximately 20 days per year.
