We are looking for a talented Senior Manager to join our newly launched Transaction Services team in Frankfurt or Munich. You will work closely with Managing Directors to set up and develop a leading Deal Advisory practice in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence engagements across a wide range of industries.
• Act as a trusted advisor to PE and Corporate clients, including C‑suite and investment teams.
• Manage and coach high‑performing teams, fostering a strong people and performance culture.
• Drive business development – proposal development, client origination, and cross‑service collaboration.
• Take ownership of engagement economics, risk management and quality assurance in line with firm standards.
• Contribute to the growth strategy of the German Deals practice, including thought leadership and market visibility.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services or a Deals team within a Big 4 or top‑tier advisory firm.
• Proven track record at Manager level of managing revenue‑generating FDD projects, with readiness for Senior Manager responsibility.
• Strong understanding of M&A processes, deal structuring and value drivers.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on client impact and commercial growth.
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) completed.
• Fluent English and C1 level German essential; knowledge of French or other European languages is advantageous.
