Senior Manager - Transformation Consulting (m/f/d)

In this Senior Manager role within Wipro Consulting's DACH practice, you will drive complex transformation initiatives for large enterprise clients, leveraging AI-powered capabilities to deliver tangible business value. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape strategic engagements, and cultivate executive-level partnerships to accelerate growth and value realization. Based in Munich, you will contribute to a broader transformation agenda across industries, aligning client outcomes with Wipro's digital and operating model innovations. This is an opportunity to influence regional strategy, develop new growth areas, and reinforce Wipro as a strategic partner for CIOs and business leaders.

• Originate and manage delivery of complex consulting propositions within area of expertise, driving measurable client value and profitable growth
• Lead development of consulting services and support practice growth and development
• Build strong client relationships and manage large engagements or programs, possibly leading a team of consultants
• Ensure quality and internal compliance in business operations while maintaining high personal billability
• Support growth agenda, provide thought leadership, and act as trusted advisor in AI-powered transformation, cost optimization, performance improvement, target operating model, and digital strategy & AI change adoption
• Identify pull-through opportunities for wider Wipro Consulting practice areas and ecosystem

• Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship-building and networking skills with clients, ecosystem partners and internal teams
• Proven track record of generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and managing customer relationships
• Self-sufficient and proactive in business development and achieving personal utilization in sell-and-deliver model
• Delivery and program management experience with multi-shore projects and distributed teams delivering client value
• Ability to reposition Wipro as a strategic partner at the CxO level and advocate for digital adoption and transformation
• Experience defining transformation propositions and engaging large enterprise clients using core and disruptive technologies
• Strong program and consulting disciplines (e.g., project/program management, storytelling, executive communications, commercial disciplines)
