Senior Managing Director, Buy & Build & Value Creation

AURELIUS is seeking a (Senior) Managing Director to lead Buy & Build, Value Creation and Portfolio Management across 2–4 platform investments, with end-to-end responsibility from closing to exit.

You will own platform strategy, recruit and lead management teams, drive value-creation levers, develop add-on acquisition plans, coordinate the operating platform, and support the investment team on due diligence and financing discussions.
